What is a user?

Anyone who has an account with Atto is considered a user. That includes Employees/Managers that track their time and Owners/Administrators that manage and review timesheets.

How does the 14 day free trial work?

No credit card information is required during the 14 day free trial. During this period you’ll have full access to all features and can invite as many users as you like.

What happens after the trial?

After the free trial period ends, we’ll ask you to input your credit card information to purchase a subscription plan. All the data generated during the free trial period will be safely stored and accessible after subscribing..

What billing plans do you offer

We offer a pay-as-you-go monthly plan and a prepaid annual plan. The annual plan comes at a 20% discount.

Can I change my billing plan?

You can change your billing plan to monthly or annual anytime. The new billing plan you choose will be effective starting from the end date of your current plan.

What are the payment options?

Currently we accept all major credit cards includng, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. We only accept payments online.

How will new users be billed?

We will process a one-time, prorated charge to your credit card to cover for the remainder of your current billing cycle. The charge at your next billing date will account for the new users automatically.

Who has access to the billing information?

Only the company owner (the person that created the company account) will be able to purchase, update or cancel the subscription.

How do we cancel a subscription?

Only the account owner can cancel a subscription from the Billing page. When cancelling, you’ll still have access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle.
